That's because geocities is a piece of shit. There's code to protect your pictures on your site. I assume if people don't use this code they don't mind my hotlinking their pics. I put the tag on a couple days ago for the hell of it.

I mostly did it to protect my b&w photography. Not that I'm some great artist and someone would want to steal my stuff. But it seemed like a good idea at the time.
