The only research I have to do is inside the case itself. Like medical records, deposition transcripts and employment records. Even though all cases have their own seperate problems there is a cookie-cutterness to them. Through the years those that have come before me have put together a wealth of information on our client's products vs. other defendant's products and their effects on people exposed to them. More often than not when people sue in these kinds of cases they just lump together a laundry list of defendants that have money left (haven't gone bankrupt) whether they 1.) have a chance of defeating them or not and 2.) regardless of whether they were actually exposed to them or not.
THat being said, there are those that actually were harmed and deserve their share of some cash for their troubles. In the end it's all legal bs.

All Civil litigation. Mostly asbestos (on my end at least). Also insurance other tort litigation. All defense well 99% defense. We are on the other side of the slip and fall stuff too.
