Airlines - JimmyBlueEyes - 12-05-2003 Now this amazes me. I turned down the chance to go to Texas over the weekend, and feel bad, so I went to see if I could score tickets for flights. My girlfriend is leaving this afternoon and she booked her tickets last week. Worked out to about 300 bucks round trip. I go to look at prices to fly out today and saw nothing less than $1500. Amazing how they can jack the fares up nearly ten times, unless all that's available is first class. And people wonder why I drive everywhere. Airlines - RapeFantasizer - 12-05-2003 It doesn't make sense to me. The closer to the flight you actually buy a ticket, the more it is. I would think, logically, that if it's a day or two before the flight, the prices should be lower than normal, in hopes to maybe sell more. Airlines - header - 12-05-2003 It's so they can score as much money as possible from people that have to be somewhere and have no other choice but to fly at ridiculous prices. I drive everywhere too. Airlines - Kid Afrika - 12-05-2003 Have fun driving to Europe. Airlines - header - 12-06-2003 Who said anyone was going to shitty europe? That's almost as bad as Canada right? Airlines - JimmyBlueEyes - 12-06-2003 Unfuckinbelieveable....I take them all to the airport. I get home after nearly two hours driving from the airport and they decided not to go on the plane. So I had to drive all the way back to the airport and pick them up....FUCK!!!! Airlines - header - 12-06-2003  not get on the plane? Airlines - JimmyBlueEyes - 12-06-2003 Yeah they were concerned about safety and decided not to go....if they were so friggin concerned they should have canceled the reservation at 1 in the afternoon. |
