I've put on about 22 pounds since October
time to get into shape so i can wear my
speedo at the community centre pool
and impress the ladies.
So Far
Endurance: Before I could run about 30 seconds at a brisk pace without being incredibly out of breath
Now since i started working out
I just played Dance Dance Revolution on my Playstation 2 for 15 solid minutes in standard mode
Strength: Before I could do about 15-20
pushups in a row.
Now since i started working out
I can still do about 15-20 pushups
in a row
today i need to buy new running shoes, anyone want to recommend some?
