You need to fill out form 9984ABX1 in triplicate first.
Then you attach a copy of your birth certificate, unless your a fuckin immigrant in which case a copy of your green card and passport. if you're an illegal, fuck off, you have no right to complain. Just ask 420. He'll tell ya.
Then you take the copies and forward them to GIP for review and approval. (hint: it helps if you put in a box of twinkies)
Once he approves them, you'll need to forward them to 420 for the queer factor test.
If 420 signs off on it, then you send them to me.
Once I get them, i take a shit on the pile and and if the bottom copy is not stained or soaked in 3 days, then i send them to board owner for his review.
