While that sounds pretty bad (i for one, wouldnt put up with that shit), i got one that might be even worse.
There is this Dunkin Dounuts that my sister and I go to all the time in the next town over. The same guy has been behind the counter for the last 4 years. Now heres a question. If a coffee place, especially one as big as Dunkin, puts signs in the front the place advertising their Iced Coffee, youd think that theyd have it right? Most of the time yes they would. LOL but not this guy. My sister went in a few days ago and asked the guy for an iced coffee and in his heavy Indian accent, he responds, "No ice." So then my sister gets pissed and asks, "why in the hell would you have a sign outside saying you have Iced Coffee, when you never have ice?!" LMAO the guy's co-worker trying to keep from laughing the whole time. the point of this story, if you had even bothered to read it is that this guy hasnt had ice whenever we've gone in there.
