I still don't understand what would be to prevent say some kid pissed off at mom and dad from destroying their computer in this fashion.

Well, his proposal was for two warnings, and on the third strike, you're out.
After the first warning, I would think the parents would put that computer on lockdown...... if not, sucks to be them....

That's unbelievable. Screw downloading songs...I'm just gonna start taping them from the radio like in the good old days. And I still won't buy the CDs. :mad:

Good thing he went into politics, and not something that would require actual brainpower, like applied mathematical physics.
