I really really hope they dont do the Venom/symbiote costume thing....waaaaaaaay too soon in the developement of the movies. The symbiote costume was with Parker for a little over a year in the comics before the whole rejection of the costume. Even then that happened it was developed over time....and then released as Venom. They havent even introduced Eddie Brock yet....if theyre going that route.
There are tons more villains to work with too. Mysterio, Electro, The Rhino, Cameleon, Shocker, etc....... They left the doors open for a part 3 without Venom. They showed you Dr. Curt Connors, and they showed him with only one arm....leaves the door waaaaay open for the Lizard storyline. They introduced J. Jonahs son, he turned out to be the Man-Wolf in the comic.....theres that.
