the whole mainstream/underground arguement is silly. its reserved for people who care less about music and more about the politics of music.

If you'd bother to read my original post you'd know that I'm claiming nothing of the sort. If you don't like Phish, fine. But if you're so shallow that you think Phish has nothing to offer but dirty hippie fans and horrible music, you're deluding yourselves, so it wouldn't suprise me to learn you're missing out on other great music simply becuase you're too dim to see past a cheap, superficial stereotype.
And if you're stupid enough to call them the Dead, (yes that's you HB, sanctimonious teenie bopping cunt that you are) you really know nothing.

I love sitting in a field listening to jam bands for three hours. With some beer and some doobs, it doesn't get much better.

songs that made the hit parade,
guys like us we had it made,
those were the days,
and you know where you were then,
girls were girls and men were men,
mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again,
didn't need no welfare states
everybody pulled his weight,
gee our old Lasalle ran great,
those were the days!</center>
