Dont know if anyone else saw this but Deion Sanders just had a press conference on ESPN officially announcing that he is coming out of retirement to play 1 year for the Ravens.
I know its been talked about for a while in the sports world but thought i should post it.

Does he have a felony record, isn't that a requirement for the Ravens?
