I know there are a bunch of new people here who see all the in-jokes and don't know what to think, so you just don't post.
Basically everyone, old and new, should feel welcome. Don't feel like an outsider just because you don't necessarily get all the jokes. Don't lose interest because of it.
And really don't take shit seriously around here.
People have come to me, concerned about this, so I felt this needed to be said.

you know what is scary i was going to post a similar thread like this earlier today...i feel that we need to make everyone feel welcome. it is not their fault they are not in on every single inside joke on this board.
