I was at a GNC store on the Lower West Side of Manhattan and I Spotted these "WOW" (Whacked Out Water) energy drinks in the refrigerator. Did you guys know about this? The Logo looks awfully familiar, especially since Pinnacle was a advertising client for so long.
I took Digital Picture of the Bottle

I've seen WOW all over the place since O&A went off the air. It seems like every marketing firm is using it as their platform. I wonder if O&A copyrighted the slogan...

I called the number on the back of the bottle (I wanted to know how long that logo has been in use), but it's the sales department. The customer service office is open 9-5, M-F. The number is 1-888-488-7325. From there, you can contact a marketing representative.
I want some answers goddammit. This is out and out plagiarism and breach of copyright. These Pinnacle fucks are trying to make money off O&A.

This is such an obvious rip-off, that the exact logo was used. My first thought was to be pissed about it, but then I thought about how we can use this as a positive!?!
These are built in advertisements to spread the WOW logo in the media. Why can't we have people who stand outside for those morning wakeup shows in NYC holding a bottle of WOW energy drink and when they get on camera point to the label.
It could be a subversive way to get that WOW logo recognized again, (subliminally).
USE THE WOW TO OUR ADVANTAGE!!!:eureka:

Should they sue Quakerbridge Mall for telling people "Let us WOW you today" ? I always get a chuckle when I walk in and see that sign there.

Keyser - I think the SAME EXACT GODDAMN THING when I see that sign. It's just a huge scoreboard that says "WOW".
As for the logo - it's Brother Joe's design. Maybe he might have sold it to Pinnacle?

Actually, I'm pretty sure it was Brother Darren's (Opie's brother) design, but I might be wrong.
