any thread that he doesnt like gets deleted. do you all really want to be a part of a board that is completely subject to ones person opinion? anything that falls out of his range of what he thinks is good or funny is not allowed. if he misses or doesnt get the joke in a post then its deleted. seems very limited.
it seems obvious that this board exists solely to satisfy FTL's need to be a moderator. you are all just tools of his desire to be in charge.

we are cutting down on that arpi. this thread wouldve been topical last week. we give every thread a chance but we do want to clean out off topical if there becomes way too many pointless threads but since that hasnt happened as of late we have had no reason to delete any threads.

instead of getting rid of nonsense threads, get rid of older threads that no one looks at anymore..

Your theory is flawed, i might possibly be the most unfunny poster on this board, not only to FTL and my fellow Moderators but also to you and the rest of the members. He has not deleted any of my posts, or threads even BEFORE i was a Moderator, which was a reasonable amount of time.

what we are trying to accomplish is when people open off topical they see threads they would actually want to open and reply to, that's all. we dont want people to not come to the board because they either dont like the posts or just dont understand them. we also realize that censoring everything you all do will turn people off just as well and that is why we have cut down/stopped locking and deleting as many threads as we can.

i have noticed lots of people have a problem with the way we have been conducting things as of late and i am sure it will all be discussed amongst the mods sometime in the near future.

and ronin....when new people come to the site they might want to look back at earlier threads. or someone might want to read back. but if we did that there would be only a few threads in a forum at any given time and its better to have variety of things to read.
