Looks like some people, if not all, will be getting a little extra in their paychecks every pay period.

But, but, but, it says right here you are supposed to get more than that.
I'd look into that if I were you.

For some households that will mean an extra $20 or more a paycheck (hey, it adds up).

I don't know... does a single person count as a "household"? Let's also take into account that I am hideously underpaid, to begin with, so maybe my $3 is equal to a higher-paid individual's $20.

Don't bother figuring that out... I'm not sure what I was trying to say there, either.

8 bucks for me, figures out somewhere to be $450 a year, so there goes a few insurance payments or a trip.

I don't see anything extra in my check for this pay period, but maybe because it was cut 2 weeks ago (due to vacations and such). I'll see what happens next week.

Of course, with the checks for the child credit -- mine doesn't go out til August 8.
