Now, before you think this is an abject failure, they *are* up - and it takes at least 2 ratings books before you have a solid idea what's going to happen.
This book also is when Blink was "stunting" and had no DJ's, it was straight out music.

blink sucks in the morning.. but sometimes in the afternoon, they have songs that I haven't heard in awhile.. Should I dare to say, but they play 90s music..
