My board was created for Ron & Fez fans. Ron & Fez did not want a forum for assholes to mock each other and post personal information. The mods and I wanted our board to reflect the laid back, good-natured atmosphere of the show, so yeah...we edit posts and try our best to curtail that kind of behavior. It's worked out well for us. Everyone seems to enjoy themselves and hardly anyone seems to miss the fighting and namecalling.

I think I'm a very confrontational, and aggressive poster. I'm also very honest. I think that the moderation on RF.net doesn't do anything to curtail fighting, they do draw lines at instigation, personal attacks, and blatent stupidity.

I think I do the same, except for the fact that I enjoy a good train wreck every so often and I let things linger a little longer.

Blanket generalizations usually only serve to reflect the ignorance of the person making the statement.
