I was walking, i rarely go out for walks but it is a nice cool day, pleasant unlike most of the gross humid shitstorms we've been having as of late.

In my apartment complex there is a little restsuarant that sits in the fron to the side right by the main entrance. Right next to that, hidden in a little parking lot almost unnoticeable is house. I am walking ont he side of the road to pass up to the restaurant and cut across the parking lot as is my usual route towards the main road and BAAAAAAM a black Honda Civic pulls out so fast i had no time to move knocking me to the motherfucking ground rendering me incapacitated for 5 minutes. I landed on my hip and tried breaking the fall with my hands and slightly hit my head on the ground.

The stupid motherfucking cunt CUNT CUNT CUNT got out of the car screaming at me for not paying attention to where i was walking(as i lay on the ground after BEING HIT BY HER FUCKING CAR). I start to become coherent and stand up(barely) swaying and struggling to keep my feet on the ground. I looked her straight in the eye and called her a scumbag sucking whore. She went on a tangent and i told her i was takign down her plate number and going to my house to call the cops and treat it as a hit and run , she really freaked out then and started moving closer to me. At this point i didnt even know what to think this woman was capable of, so i spit on her car and took off as fast as i could(not really fuckin' fast bc of what had happened obviously)

To add insult to injury i got out onto the mainroad where a filthy mexican passed by me and hissed some vile come on in my ear . I hope your slimy pedophile ass gets deported.

I stopped into quick check to see if they had any type of ice packs for my hips and they didnt, luck pure luck.

On my way back some man across the street yelled something at me and i stopped looked at him with a twisted face and kept going.

God i love my life.

I hope by now you've called the police and filed a report. Don't you have a cell phone you could have called from on the spot? You should go to the hospital (or at least your doctor) and get checked out. Cover you ass in case you need to sue the stupid bitch.

I have 1 court date already, im not going back even if she had pulled a knife on my ass.

I had no way of getting the plate number anyhow, i had no paper or nothin and she was acting like i made it happen so me going to my house and putting truust in her that she wouldnt take off didnt seem like it would happen.

ps-i just caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and my face is raw on the jawline/cheekbone.

never get manipulated by other people to make you think it's your fault. it's a base-human reaction to absolve them of guilt, lashing out, and that maybe the most frustrating thing of all, besides the fact you could have been seriously injured.

Chalk this up as a learning experience, and NEVER, EVER let someone get away with that shit. Bottomline is, in a parkinglot, responsibility is to the driver. Therefore it's that cunts fault.

Maybe she lives in your complex. Later on, after you go to the doctor or hospital to get checked out and file a police report take a walk/ride around and see if maybe you can find her car. Were there any witnesses? How close were you to the restaurant? Somebody had to have seen something (excluding the creepy Mexican, of course).

I'm assuming this was a parking lot and she was backing out of a space. It was CLEARLY her fault, not yours.

File a police report -- even without a plate number, you can probably give a description of the car and the woman.

If they (or you) can locate her, at the very least her insurance should cover your medical bills (pain, suffering, mental anquish, fear of parking lots).

Don't just let this go.

oh, the resturant it wasnt by there there a little house type thing that no one lives in with a driveway with bushes and shit, everyone uses it to make quick turn-arounds.

It's not bad enough to go to the hospital, ill chalk it up as a sore hipe and a few scratches.
