I didn't even think of the concussion angle. 420 is right. Keep an eye on things. Even the rawness on your jaw...could've been enough to knock your TMJ out of line. You could have all sorts of residual aches and pains from this.

Don't wait, cause then, technically, you're leaving the scene of an accident as well. Call the cops immediately and sue her ass. See if there were any witnesses in the restaurant who either saw the accident, you injured, or the woman yelling at you afterwards. Every little bit helps.
PS Its a good idea to go to the hospital any time youre hit by a car.

She spat on a Honda and all of the witnesses are Mexicans.... There WERE no witnesses.
Wouldn't someone have to leave for it to be a hit and run?

holy shit that is awful, thats the kind of story that makes me not want to leave my house again. i was hit by a car not long ago but at least the driver was all are you ok? i was fine but i later ralized my knee got slightly fucked up. but still you should report that cuntrag and get some money out of her.

Karma never seems to do the damage to those deserving while you are around, so it's kind of useless. Karma isn't justice, it's hope of justice.
