I don't see why this idea isn't being given a chance - people were told "if they could do better than do it" - and here it is.

the thing is he didn't post and say, "we could go to this place, i've spoken with management and they said it wouldn't be a problem" that would be fine, then people could post their opinions of whether or not it would be a good idea, and then maybe he coulda gone ahead and booked it. the problem arose because he just seemed to decide for the masses that this is what's to be done when at the same time the original planners are still working on getting a place...
