Well ya towel head, since you ask. You can get double the house for half the $$ compared to NY Property taxes are 1/3, homeowners insurance is 1/2 and car insurance is 1/2. That and it is about 10 degrees warmer down here than up there :bouncy:

As for the tittie bars.....you'll get more information searching the web than I can give you. All I know so far is how to get to and from the office
