The most that pain lasted was 26 hours. Less than 6 with my last child.
My belly button pained me for a year and a goddamn half. 'Nuff said.

no tats, no piercings. I wanted to get an ear pierced but much like rooner, I'm corporate america and it's not looked very highly of, especially when you're in upper management. If I want to make VP anytime in my future, I have to keep up the fascade.
My wife got her belly button pierced 3 years ago. i was afraid to go near her for 6 months. Now my 8 month old yanks on it like it's a toy. I bought her two stainless steel belly rings with silver charms on them for her birthday last year but she took them out cuz she kept getting infected. It's gold or nothing. and for the record - How the fuck do these shops charm $150-200 for gold belly rings? I can buy diamond stud ear rings for that price.

16 holes in my left ear, two in my right, my nose (three times), my belly button, and two tattoos. I did all the piercings myself except for the first pair of earrings. None of them hurt except for my belly button after I did it and it got ripped straight out. That hurt. And bled. Yuck.
