I swear, they better not say there never was a virus to begin with and the only reason they pretended there to be was they expected all along for Jack to break Alcazar out of prison.
Now that would be stupidity at it worst.

This crossed my mind when they arrived at the airstrip and I was greatly disappointed.

I agree. Gay-el asking Dessler how Tony was 87,000 times I just thought he was trying to buy time or cover for himself in some sympathetic strange way. Then Tony is all concerned about Gael and shit I was like oh is Tony finally a mole?

Pretty cool concept. One question, how far fetched is it that they would fake a bio-terror attack and raise eyebrows just to get him back under?

I guess they do have the virus so there is an immediate threat. I guess I answered myself.

Definitely one of the best surprises they've come up with in 3 seasons. Never saw that coming at all and I also thought Tony was going to wind up being a "bad guy" as well.

Well Hector was doing it to get Ramon back and using Bauer as his little helper while Tony and Gael were Bauers little helpers in getting Jack back under. So in a sense yes. Not CTU as a whole just a small group using Hector and his thugs to get Jack back under.

I think it's pretty cool because for the first time this season I truly have no idea what the hell is going to happen next. Very good.

They need to kill that pesky Chase Edmunds and/or Kim. I thought she was supposed to be smarter this season and she still managed to get kidnapped.

I'm still waiting for a cougar to get loose in CTU and chase Kim around. She really needs some running scenes.
