I started a new part time job doing security for a company called Peacemakers. Well I did my first day yesterday and it was at this club Called Chrome in Sayerville NJ. The show consisted of a few 5 I think rock bands the were all good and I might enjoy this job.
Well any way on to the point I saw my first mosh pit. Complete insanity, I thought white people were crazy before this and after seeing this I am convinced that you all are now. I thought someone was going to die. Arms flailing, punches to the nose and chest a 9 person pile up. saw this kid stage dive and I know he landed on his head cause no one caught him. found out later it was one of the other boncers throwing him off stage.
Crazy crackers!!

Ahh- beat 'em up.
So you're doing actual stage security? Or security in the building?

I have a feeling that I'm going to grow up to be that shirtless drunken 40 year old guy that gives one last try in the mosh pit and gets his ass kicked by a bunch of kids.
My mosh pit days are over :disappointed:
Sorry this just made me all nostalgic for some of the great shows I've been to in the past.

These kids these days. Don't they know that you have to bring a couple of girls to give the security blow jobs to get back stage???

Boy the way Glen Miller played,
songs that made the hit parade,
guys like us we had it made,
those were the days,
and you know where you were then,
girls were girls and men were men,
mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again,
didn't need no welfare states
everybody pulled his weight,
gee our old Lasalle ran great,
those were the days!
