Moosey, they were there. It's just that when we were in high school, you didn't WANT to look cheap or slutty. Sure, the skin-tight jeans and stuff were cool, but it was more an athletic look than a sleaze look. Pants tucked inside socks, socks matched top, Actually, it might have been a sleazy look in a way, but it wasn't a revealing sleazy look.
