I realize that this was a real link, but I still call bullshit on the story.
If people with AIDS wanted to give their AIDS, they can certainly do it in a much quicker fashion than fucking someone. Also, you would think that a person with AIDS would realize that it's nearly impossible for a woman to give AIDS to a man. Especially given that if a woman is forcefucking some guy, she's probably not going to get very wet and transfer many vaginal juices to even give the guy AIDS. This just reeks of urban legend. African reporters aren't very diligent about confirming reports, I bet.
