No, it doesn't. But I like to work from home rather than going into the office. Maybe he likes to work from a differnet home.

maybe they don't let him wear his cowboy hat in the whitehouse.

Like a CEO, the president doesn't actually DO anything. It doesn't matter where he is, but I understand that it makes it look like he doesn't do shit.

I would be curious to see exactly how they are defining "vacation" for each of the presidents, and what official business may have been done during that time.
