Why? I see the point. There's nothing that annoys me more than hearing someone speaking Spanish and then having it interupted by an english word.
The proper way of saying e-mail is "correo electronico" in spanish. Obviously, it's just easier to say e-mail, but for official purposes and to preserve a language it's best that there is a recognized proper way of saying something.
I can't think of anything off the top of my head that originated in another country, because America has dominated innovation for most of modern history, but I'm sure that something invented somewhere else would be refered to by its english translation here. The only exceptions I think would be restaurant entrees.
