Maybe she lives in your complex. Later on, after you go to the doctor or hospital to get checked out and file a police report take a walk/ride around and see if maybe you can find her car. Were there any witnesses? How close were you to the restaurant? Somebody had to have seen something (excluding the creepy Mexican, of course).
I'm assuming this was a parking lot and she was backing out of a space. It was CLEARLY her fault, not yours.
File a police report -- even without a plate number, you can probably give a description of the car and the woman.
If they (or you) can locate her, at the very least her insurance should cover your medical bills (pain, suffering, mental anquish, fear of parking lots).
Don't just let this go.
