Silera - I was not the only person to talk to DR management. Ollie did as well. We were both initally told that it was "all good".

I am not trying to pass the buck to Ollie. I'll take my share of the responsibilty for things going awry but I was NOT the only one who tried to make this happen for all of us fans.


I am not about to go and plunk down the little cash that I have and rent a place out in my name only to potentially see random fans show up and trash the place leaving only me responsible. No way am I doing that.

This is why we initally steered away from the notion of actually renting a place.

Now, everyone knows the situation and I've seen some make suggestions for an alternative place. Cool.

However, how is it that its up to solely me to decide where we should now go?

So far, the best alternatives are either the 2 locales in Pt. Pleasant or Bar A in Belmar.

I will call those 3 places and inquire whether or not "our kind" would be allowed to gather at thier establishment.

Sound good? I'll be busy all day tommorrow at a wedding and recoperating (sp?) on sunday. I'll make the phone calls by monday.
