... I vaguely remember a story about an environmental group urging to stop forest fires in order to protect a certain type of butterfly, so the forest fires in that area were put out immediatly. Unfortunatly, they didn't realize that those butterflies thrived on the decaying forest ruins after the fires, so they died.
