They said that to avoid such suits, numb nuts. It's a cover-your-ass statement.
They SAY that they'll let any student in, but 1) what kid wants to go to the gay school if he ain't gay, and 2) as with affirmative action, they could say they're denying a kid based on his credentials, when in reality they're denying the kid based on sexual preferences.
