That's fine 'n all, but he doesn't wash twice. Only once, before anything else.

I have developed a no-splashback urinal method (for the ones that don't go all the way to the floor).... if you flush while you pee, it greatly decreases the amount of crap that sprays back on you, by deflecting it all downward.
