Bathroom trips & washing hands

I never let my bare ass come in contact with the toilet seat.

I use my foot to push down on the handle(unless it is automatic flushing).

After i wash my hands i use my elbow tto press down on the paper-towel dispenser and when i am done i wipe down the sink handle i turned and the knob of the towel dispenser.

Then a paper towel to open the handle of the door.
