Im a little worried. Even though I never really had over 150 songs even before this whole gayness, I don't want anything to happen because of my poorness. So I really don't download songs unless Im making a cd, and I delete them afterwards. I make plenty of cds though 
Question: Does it matter if you don't have the song in your database anymore, like in my case? Or will they go after you if they find out that it's even been downloaded?
