Try hot cocoa.both tea and chocolate have caffeine. my entire caffeine problem can be traced back to the fact that by the time i was 10 tea was a 4 or 5 cups a day habit, maybe more. when visiting my 90 yearold grandma a couple years ago, after her doc told her to cut down on her caffeine, my sister and i were bouncing off the walls all night. whenever visiting a member of my family "cup of tea?" is a question uttered at any moment of the day.
incidentally, i was talking to a holistic health councelor friend of mine and he said that of 85% of people suffering from anxiety eliminated it after cutting out caffeine...
