Well what im doing and it seemed to work a few months back, was just eating not as many carbs and walking every other day. Not eating carbs in my house is hard because it is an Italian house and we eat a lot of pasta, lol. So ill just have one serving instead of two. no chips of any kind at all, except if you want to cheat and have a few on a napkin or somthing. Lots or fruit too. So far its working for me. No dramatic weight loss like 6 lbs a week its slowy coming off.
