Canada's constitution is only 21 years old? The Expos are older than their nation's constitution. I am older than Canada's rule of law. Hottie's kids are older than the document that governs their homeland!!

And they actually need a whole seperate law so that they have authority over a law they themselves wrote.
There are South American puppet states with more sound legal construction than this... no wonder the Quebecois keep wanting to topple the whole house of cards and set up a new French colony.
