phone numbers. GET THE NEW PHONE NUMBER OF THE SELLERS! or atleast their lawyer.. if there are problems afterward, you need a number..
who does work on house? you should get the phone numbers of the handy men that they use.. since the house has a history with these people, you might want to keep it.
