I'm only 25 but my parents were born in the early 40s and raised me without any of this special child proof safety shit. They said go out and get hurt. And that's what I did. Kid's today are so protected from everything that the moment they fall down or get sick their parents are babying them. And I am sick of these germ freak parents that disinfect everything thus killing their kids' immune systems.
My kid doesn't get any of this special treatment. And so far he's a pretty tough kid.
