no, I'm saying that they can tell her what to download because while she's a paying customer, she did at some point agree to the ISP's TOS which can change at any time - and I'm sure their TOS has a "dont download cracked software" section.
The point is, it's their service - they can tell you whatever they want.
Im not saying I agree with them, but that's just the way it is.
When you download and install software, after you install it you should either bury it in a drive you dont share with others or burn it to a disc and remove the original file.
