Is it ever ok to cheat?

...it's up to you to define what your needs are and will that relationship provide you with what you need? Be realistic about it, not fantasy.

But that's just it. Isn't the whole point of living to try and fulfill your every dream or fantasy, no matter how unrealistic it might be. The fact is we as a people try to make a big deal of us not being animals, but at heart we are. The males of the species are <i>supposed</i> to try to spread their seed as frequently, and with as many desirable females, as possible. It's why we live shorter lifespans. It's why we're pretty horny from the time we can get a hard-on 'til the time we croak.

Human "society" is perhaps the only institution of relationship that dictates the idea of "one male, one female". Perhaps it's because we don't want to believe our lives are supposed to amount to something as base as "reproduce, raise young, die"... but that is exactly what it is.

He had no right marrying that girl and putting her through this. He should have stayed single and banged away.

It's true, too. But she could also go find herself a better guy to be with. It's a two-way street.<font color=4d4d4d>
