Another interesting story that may be total bullshit. I've heard this from several people, they were all morons but who knows, hockey players aren't exactly scholars either so it might be true. Anyway, one of the stories (that never made the papers) going around on why Lindros was husseled out of Philly was because he got caught fucking Brind'Amour's wife, his fellow teammate at the time. Rick Tocchet who was also on the team confronted and threatened to beat the shit out of him and blah blah blah, whatever other bullshit that would surround such a shitstorm. So that story was muddled in there along with the rest of the Lindros fiasco when he was in Philly. As I said it's just a rumor but who knows. I wonder if people outside of Philly have heard this same thing.
