In a way, she is. But in another way, she is not.

Keith Olbermann was doing this story on MSNBC an hour or so ago. Because it's a class-action lawsuit on behalf of the people (as opposed to if she were a greedy skank suing on her own behalf), each American (provided she won) would get about $250. Not a bad little payment just to see 2 seconds of tit. And because it seems like she's not just trying to get money for herself, she actually stands a better chance to see her day in court. Not likely to happen, but the odds increase slightly.

Look, it's a frivolous lawsuit in a court system bogged down by such things. It will eventually get tossed out like it should (or Viacom will do something stupid like try to settle to make it go away, but I doubt that), and everyone will sit and twiddle their thumbs waiting for the next entertainer looking to up the ante on shock value.
