There are still 80,000 plaintiffs remaining who opted out of the class action.
There was ONE LADY in Texas who was awarded $1.5 million by a court a couple months ago. Even if you cut that verdict in half, and multiply it by 80,000 people, it's a potentially bankruptcy-inducing event.
There aren't a lot of pharma companies that have that type of black cloud over their company. And the Premarin/Prempro debacle makes it even worse.
Run away. They are the worst pharma company out there.
