It wasn't actually a movie, but it was from when Dice visited the WTC site after 9/11. He pretty much lost his marbles while hanging out with the cops and firemen there. (yeah and the port authority that didn't get enough credit...lol) Dice didn't wanna talk to the guys and pretty much lost it on them. The marshal's i think gave him a hat, and he told the boys that he was gonna come down and arrest them cause he had a hat. lol
that was prolly the best dice i ever heard...
