The salesman for the company said they would dispose of everything, "but we won't need a dumpster". Of course, I'm no longer dealing with the company, but with a subcontractor instead, and there is nothing written in my contract that says they take care of the garbage. However, the box next to "Permit and dump fees" is checked off as included.
And which contractor do I ask for the insurance info? The original contractor or the sub? When they came back they more or less fixed it (what happened was at the gate, they moved the one section to put the siding on and when they put the section back, it was up too high so it wouldn't lock. We used bungee cords to temporarily keep it closed). The guy today moved the wood holding it up and pushed it back down.
