at 6'6" 253lbs, I have body fat of 7% (that was in December during my yearly physical, and I know it's slightly higher than that now), but I still know how to eat.
HOAGIES aren't all that bad for you so long as you eat smart. Since Low-Carb diets are ridiculous, I use a simple method to counteract my awful eating habits. I burn more fat and calories than I intake, simple math. I stray away from Mayo and greasy meats as well. Remember, A Hoagie dominates the food groups:
Bread and Grains, Vegetables with the Lettuce and Tomato (don't start the Tomato is a fruit bullshit. The FDA Classifies it for importing and exporting as a veggie!), Meats, and Dairy.
When I want a cheese steak, I order it so the meat and bread (with cheese) are packaged seperately. When I get home with my food, i simply unwrap the meat, and pour out all the grease into the sink slap it on the roll and bingo. Probably 1/3 of the fat remains (you lose no taste, the meat is still prettyy greasy hehe).
The REAL trick is though, get up at 5:30 AM everyday and run 6 Miles
