It is actually probably better to wash twice. Think of all the germs your hands may encounter in a day and then you touch your junk to pee...So maybe he is trying to keep the germs away from his junk

That's fine 'n all, but he doesn't wash twice. Only once, before anything else.
I have developed a no-splashback urinal method (for the ones that don't go all the way to the floor).... if you flush while you pee, it greatly decreases the amount of crap that sprays back on you, by deflecting it all downward.

thats is disgusting and all but the thing that disturbs me the most is you watching the ups man take a leak from the stall, like a creepy man junk watcher. ewww...:barf:
