Todd Zeile? Karim Garcia?

Now the Mets have signed Shane Spencer to a minor league contract. It's good to see the Mets are following the Glen Sather guide to signing guys who all played on a certain team at one time. Sather did it with the rangers, the other team being the Oilers and the mets are doing it with old yankee players. Who's next...Tino Martinez???

i wouldnt exactly call zeile a yankee. the guy played for like 11 different teams. the mets have recently signed 2 ex-yankees, one of whom played there for just 1 year. i think you might be stretching that analogy a bit.

3.
Zeile, Garcia, and Spencer.

But hey, Zeile's an ex-Met, too- we went to the World Series with Todd Zeile at 1st Base.
(Leiter was a Yankee, too.)

I would have to say there have been more Mets who have gone over to the Yanks than the other way around.
I'm not quite there yet
