Boy the way Glen Miller played,
songs that made the hit parade,
guys like us we had it made,
those were the days,
and you know where you were then,
girls were girls and men were men,
mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again,
didn't need no welfare states
everybody pulled his weight,
gee our old Lasalle ran great,
those were the days!

I saw the Jays play, once. I love people-watching, and it's always fun to go downtown, so it was fun enough.
Mostly it was the beer, though.

I agree but moreso at a minor league park where the players are 'underpaid' and still try to play the game like pros.

I just got back from the Met game. It was great. The bats were a little anemic but Piazza and others provided the pop. Trachsel pitched a gem and Franco kept it going. Looper almost lost it because Shane Spencer can't hold a ball. But it provided some needed excitement.
I'm not quite there yet

Baseball is best viewed live, sitting feild level, along the first or third base line. Or behind the batters box, obviously.
I need to see the pitches.

What is this "bestball" you refer to?
Some new-fangled kind of game?
